SCREEN PRINTING
The printing method most often used for t-shirts, bags, caps, bags, backpacks. Sieves or frames are used over which silk is stretched, on which the desired motif has previously been recorded. By dragging the paint over the silk with a squeegee, small particles pass through the printed surface, leaving an imprint of the given motif.
TAMPON PRINTING
Indirect printing technique that uses a rubber buffer pad to transfer the color from the cliché to the desired object. It offers the possibility of printing on flat and rounded objects. The ideal method for printing on small objects such as pens, lighters, pendants, cups, ashtrays, etc.
DIGITAL PRINTING
The method of direct printing on the object in color. It is possible to print on smaller quantities. Printing is done from cmyk, which is why minor deviations from PMS values are possible. It is most often used for printing on flat surfaces, i.e. on objects such as plastic ballpoint pens, USB sticks, notebooks, portable chargers and the like.
SUBLIMATION PRINTING
A type of printing that is used only on objects that have a special coating on them or are made of material that can absorb sublimation dye. Sublimation dyes are special dyes characterized by the ability to change from a solid state to a gaseous state at a temperature of 180°C and 200°C, without changing to a liquid state. It is most often used for printing on cups and polyester items.
DIGITAL TRANSFER
A method suitable for multicolored detailed prints, which we most often use for branding t-shirts and bags, in smaller editions. Multicolor visual (cmyk) is printed on a substrate that has a transfer layer by which the visual is transferred to the desired material. Under pressure and high temperature, the substrate releases the ink from the transfer paper and attaches to the product.
CERAMIC TRANSFER
The printing we use for cups and glasses, during which the visual is printed with special colors on transfer paper, placed on the cup and baked at a high temperature. The advantage is the resistance of the colors to mechanical wear and washing in the dishwasher, but the intensity of the colors will be somewhat weaker.
MACHINE EMBROIDERY
Machine embroidery, machine sewing of logos or stitching, is a method of finishing logos or promotional messages on textiles. It is characterized by quality and durability. It is most often used for branding polo shirts, vests, shirts, caps, etc.
RESIN STICKER
A resin-coated 3D sticker is a sticker (printed substrate) on which polyurethane resin is applied. They are often used when branding promotional products, since they are resistant to all weather conditions, can be glued to any surface, even curved ones, and look more elegant than standard stickers.
ENGRAVING
Engraving is a technique of engraving a logo on a hard surface, usually metal or wood. It represents a permanent way of branding. The color of the engraving depends on the substrate being engraved.
DRY STAMP
Dry stamp, blindruck or blind printing is a method in which the logo is imprinted on the surface of the material using a cliché.
FOLIO PRINT
Folio printing is actually a dry stamp where foil is used to give the imprinted visual an elegant and refined look.
