Promotional products found on PROMOPOINT are intended exclusively for sale to legal entities, i.e. business entities (B2B). Accordingly, it is not possible to order only one piece, but orders are only possible for larger quantities. The number of the minimum order quantity differs from product to product, which is why we recommend that you contact us for more information at [email protected].

In addition to the possibility of searching among 100,000 different products, it is also possible to request a unique, personalized solution for a promotional package or business gift.

Promotional products are divided into categories and subcategories on the main menu, depending on their purpose and function. By clicking on a particular category, on the left side there is the “Filter” option where you can search products by price range and by color, while on the right side there is the “Sorting” option where you can search products by popularity, newness and prices (from below towards higher or from higher to lower). By clicking on the product, you can find out the specifications of the selected product and available quantities by color.

With each promotional product there is an icon “For more information send an inquiry by email”. Clicking on the icon automatically opens the contact form for sending an e-mail message in which you can request all the information.

Promotional products made to order or custom made products are unique, personalized products made according to your wishes, preferences and needs. These are products for which there is a prescribed minimum order quantity and for which, as a rule, a longer delivery time is required, depending on the complexity of the production and the quantity of the ordered product. BPA is the designation for plastics with polycarbonate. Bisphenol A is a dangerous chemical that can react with the contents inside the product. The BPA free label is proof that a certain product does not contain the specified chemical and that its content does not react with that product.

Printing is possible on almost all promotional products in the offer. If you have chosen the desired promotional product on which printing is not possible, we will inform you in advance and offer a replacement product on which it is possible to print the logo or desired message.

The logo application methods listed below are not applicable to all promotional products on offer, nor are they of the same price range. In other words, depending on the logo, we will suggest which of the listed options is the best and suggest how best to adapt the logo for printing.

After you have decided on a specific product, marked the color and entered the desired quantity, you need to click on “Add to list”. All selected products will then be on the “Order List”, i.e. in the basket located at the top in the right corner of the web shop. By clicking on the shopping cart, an overview of all selected products opens. At the bottom of the list are “View Cart” and “Request a Quote”.

By selecting “View cart”, a list of all selected products will be displayed in a new window, where you can later change the quantities or remove unwanted products and update the cart. If you agree with the given list and the total amount of the price, click on “Informative offer” after which a form will open for you to fill in with your information such as name, surname, company name, telephone and email address. If you want to write additional information or notes, for example which products you want with printing and which without, address and delivery time, etc., you can write them in the “Notes about your order” space provided for that. You can attach a logo at the bottom of the form. After filling out the form, you need to click on “Request an offer”.

If you immediately select “Request an offer” instead of “View basket” at the bottom of the order list, you skip all the steps related to changing the basket and immediately open the order form with the same procedure.

By clicking on “Request an offer”, you have not made an order or a purchase, but have requested an informational, non-binding offer, which is then taken over by our sales representatives for further processing, after which they call back with an official offer and all the necessary information. In case you agree with the official offer, it must be certified and sent with the confirmation of payment by e-mail to the sales representative with whom you communicate in order to place the order.

The minimum order amount depends on the promotional products being ordered. As a rule, the minimum condition for ordering promotional products is €312 + VAT, without printing a logo or the desired message, while there is no minimum order amount for textiles and exclusive promotional products, considering that the delivery cost is calculated separately for each quantity. Materials for the personalization of promotional products must be sent in vector format: .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg with a maximum size of 15 MB.

In addition to the above, PROMOPOINT.RO offers almost all marketing services, such as writing texts, visualization, production (eg special creative packaging, custom made boxes, etc.) and generally creating creative solutions and concepts for promotional packages and business gifts.

Yes, we also offer services for the production of all marketing materials, including Point of Sale (POS) materials such as design, production and preparation of flyers, brochures, packaging, posters, stickers, various advertising strips, wobblers, displays, uniforms, promotional stands, but also presentation systems. Yes, it is possible to order samples of promotional products. In this case, the customer bears the cost of delivery. In the event that the sample of the desired promotional product is not available in our showroom, the customer bears the cost of ordering the sample and shipping it. The deadline for returning the sample is 3 working days. After the deadline, we issue an invoice for payment.

For all orders that include printing on promotional products, we send an official simulation in electronic form. Upon approval of the simulation, the entire order goes to print. If you need a physical sample to approve printing, the customer bears the cost of making and shipping the sample, which also increases the delivery time.

Promotional products without personalization are available within 3 to 7 working days, provided they are available at the central warehouse.

In the case of promotional products to which the logo is applied, the time is extended depending on the quantity of ordered products and depending on the finishing method itself. In that case, our sales representatives can give you an approximate deadline for production and delivery after receiving the inquiry.

The delivery term is calculated from the moment of payment received, that is, for orders of promotional products with printing, from the approved official simulation for printing.

We are not responsible for possible delays caused by delivery services and bad weather.*

The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the product and as such depends on the weight of the package itself, and is calculated according to the valid price lists of delivery services.

Delivery to the Bucharest area is free for orders over €265 + VAT.

The customer can also personally pick up the goods at the warehouse with prior agreement with the sales representative.

The prices listed for each promotional product are expressed without VAT.

If promotional products have been ordered with printing for which simulation has already been approved, it is not possible to cancel the order.

If promotional products are ordered without printing and have already been sent to the specified delivery address, the customer bears the cost of returning the goods in accordance with the policy of the supplier from whom the goods were ordered.

Certain suppliers do not offer the option of returning ordered goods.*

Orders are paid for via Burmese payment upon order confirmation. In order to speed up the ordering process, feel free to send the order confirmation and payment confirmation to the email of the sales representative with whom you communicated and arranged the order.

It is possible to order promotional products whose total amount is less than the minimum order amount. However, in this case it is necessary to bear the additional cost of delivery.

*It is possible to postpone the delivery dates in case of force majeure such as delays in delivery services, unusually long customs controls, interruption of electricity supply during production, unannounced inspections, changes in the state of the supplier’s warehouse in the time between sending the offer and the final order, and the like. In the event of a delay with the delivery date, in such cases, the return of goods ordered from a warehouse outside Croatia and the return of goods with printing is not possible.
